MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
December l6, 1974
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 2:25 P.M., by Chairman Harry
K. Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza,
Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority responded
to the roll call:

The meeting was immediately
recessed and reconvened at
3:l7 P.M., with all members
present.
The full reading of the
Minutes of October l4,
1974 meeting was waived
and they were approved as mailed, on the unanimously carried (7-0)
motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Garthe.

BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Nothing to report.
The Status Reports, Section
23 Leased Housing Program,
dated November 26, 1974
and December lO, 1974, were received and filed together with the
Trial Balance Sheets for October and November on motion of Com-
missioner Patterson, seconded by Commissioner Evans. Both reports
provided information on the status of the applications submitted
to HUD for 300 "existing" units and the 200 units to be built for
the Senior Citizens south of Birch Park.
