HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
September 7, 1976
The Special Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana, was called to order at 2:05 P.M., by Chairman Harry
K. Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza,
Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority responded to
the roll call:

A RESOLUTION OF
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA APPROVING AN
IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND NATIONAL HOUSING CONSULTANTS, INC., FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANTA ANA TOWERS AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN
AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/RECORDING SECRETARY TO EXECUTE THE SAME,
was adopted on motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Com-
missioner Garthe and unanimously carried (6-0).
