MINUTES HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA September 20,1976 The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana, was called to order at 2:03 P.M., by Chairman Harry K. Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority responded to the roll call: Present Absent Gordon Bricken David Orti z John Garthe David Brandt James E. Ward Harry K. Yamamoto, Vernon S. Evans Chairman The following persons were also present: Manuel Rede, Executive Director-Secretary Keith L. Gow, City Attorney Bruce C. Spragg, City Manager Florence I. Malone, Recording Secretary Representative of the Press The full reading of the Minutes of August 16, 1976, and the Special Minutes of September 7, 1976, was waived and they were approved as mailed on motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner Garthe, and unanimously carried (6-0). MINUTES BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS Nothing to report. On motion of Com- missioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner Brandt, and carried (6-0) the following documents were received and filed: REPORT OF DIRECTOR 1. The Monthly Report for the Section 23 - Leased Housing (Existing Units), indicating that 65 of the 100 authorized units were under lease as of September 1,1976. 2. August 31, 1976, Trial Balance for the Section 23 Leased Housing Program, indicating a balance of $535,813.04. 3. The Monthly Report for the Section 8 Program, indicating that a total of 128 units of the ISO authorized by HUD were under lease as of September J, 1976; and that 41 of the additional 300 units authorized by HUD were under lease as of September 1, 1976.
