MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
April 25, 1978
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 5:02 P.M., by Vice Chairman
Gordon Bricken, in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana.

The full reading of
the Minutes of the
Regular Meeting of
March 28, 1978
was waived and they were approved as mailed on the unanimously
carried 6:0 motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner
Ward.

The monthly report
for the Section 8
Rental Assistance
Payments Program
dated April 17,
1978, indicating that 406 of the 470 units authorized by the
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) were under lease
as of April 1, 1978, was received and filed on the unanimously
carried 6:0 motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner
Brandt.

SECTION 8 RENTAL ASSISTANCE
PAYMENTS PROGRAM
RECEIVED AND FILED
On the unanimously
carried 6:0 motion
of Commissioner Ward,
seconded by Commissioner Yamamoto, the Authority selected the firm
of Diehl, Evans and Company for the biennial audit of Housing
Authority programs and authorized the Chairman to notify the HUD
Regional Office of this selection.
