MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
February 22, 1977
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 2:01 P.M., by Chairman Harry
K. Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza,
Santa Ana. The following members of the Authority responded
to the roll call:

MINUTES
The full reading of
the Minutes of
January 17, 1977,
was waived and they were approved as mailed on motion of Com-
missioner Brandt, seconded by Commissioner Ward, and unanimously
carried (7-0).
BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS

REPORT OF DIRECTOR On motion of Com-
missioner Evans,
seconded by Com-
missioner Ward, the following documents were received and filed:
1.
The Monthly Report for the Section 23 Leased
Housing (Existing Units), indicating that 52
of the 100 authorized units were under lease
as of February 1,1977.
2.
January 31, 1977, Trial Balance for the Section
23 Leased Housing Program, indicating a balance
of $567,453.03.
3.
The Monthly Report for the Section 8 Leased
Housing indicating that 220 units of the
450 authorized by HUD were under lease as
of February 1, 1977.
January 31, 1977, Trial Balance for the Section
8 Housing Assistance Payments Program (HAP),
indicating a balance of $567,580.88.
