MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
FEBRUARY 5,1979
The regular meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana was called to order at 2:03 p.m., by Vice Chairman Gordon Bricken
in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.

Mr. Manuel Rede stated that there was a net gain of 11 leases between
the month of December and the month of January. Commissioner Gordon
Bricken asked why the worst leases were on the two bedroom units.
Mr. Manuel Rede stated that the vacancy factor in Santa Ana was very
low and that two bedroom units are very difficult to find and that
perhaps with the extention of the Rehab Loan Program into commercial
units, we would have more two bedroom units available.

ADJOURNEMNT At 2:08 p.m, the meeting was
adjourned on the unanimously
carried 7:0 motion of Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner
Ward.
