HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
OCT08ER 15, 1979 4:00 P.M.

A Special Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 4:06 p.m. by Chari man Luxembourger in the City
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. The
Pledge to the Flag already having been made and roll call recorded
earlier wi tn-the following members present:

The following Staff were present:
B.J. Thompson, City Manager

Keith Gow, City Attorney
Dan Stone, Assistant City Manager
Manuel Rede, Deputy City Manager
Johnnie M. Ford, Recording Secretary
NEW BUSINESS:
DEFERRED REHA8ILITATION
LOAN PROGRAM - RESOLUTION
79-2 - ADOPTED
The Housing Authority Commission convener:
immediately after the City Council approved
a resolution to empower the Houstnq Authority
Commission to be the proper delegated agency
to administer the deferred rehabilitation loan program funded by the State of
California. The Housing Authority, once convened, received the MOTION by
Commissioner Griset and seconded by Commissioner Serrato to approve Resolution
79-2 accepting the delegation of functions and authorizing the incurring of
indebtedness for the loan program. There was hO discussion and the vote was
taken with a 6:1 majority in favor of the resolution as written.
