MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
December 8,1980
The adjourned regular meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 6:09 p.m. by Chairman Serrato in the City Council
8 Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the November 3,1980
Housing Authority Commission Meeting
were approved 6:0 on a MOTION by
Commissioner Luxembourger, seconded by
Commissioner Yamamoto.
REPORTS
MONTHLY STATUS REPORT: SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: OCTOBER,1980
The Status Report for Section 8 Housing Assistance for the month of October, 1980
was Received and Filed on a MOTION made by Commissioner Ward, seconded by
Commissioner. Yamamoto and carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
. On a MOTION by Commissioner Ward, seconded by Commissioner Luxembourger and car-
ried unanimously, Resolution 80-12 was adopted. This Resolution authorized the
Finance Director of the City to deposit and withdraw funds inaccordance with the
provisions of the Rehabilitation Loan Program and the Housing Replacement Loan
Program now in effect with United California Bank.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Commissioner Luxembourger requested that staff develop a format for quarterly
8 financial re.p.orts on the Authority programs. These reports would then be sub-
mitted to the Housing Authority for its information. The Executive Director
stated that such a report would be developed and submitted to the Housing
Authority on a quarterly basis.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:12 p.m. on a MOTION by Commissioner LuxenÐourger,
seconded by Commissioner Yamamoto and carried unanimously 6:0.
