HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
AUGUST 3, 1981
The regular meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was
called to order at 2:10 p.m. by Vice Chairman Luxembourger in the City Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

APPROV AL OF MI NUTES:

Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
The Minutes of the July 7, 1981 Housing Authority
Commission Meeting were approved 6:0 on a MOTION by Mr.
Serrato and seconded by Mr. Acosta.
The following staff were present:
REPORTS
Monthly Status Report: The Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing
Assistance Program for June 1981 was Received and Filed on a MOTION by Mr.
Acosta, seconded by Ms. McGuigan, and carried 6:0.
NEW BUSINESS
Cooperative Agreement with County of Orange - Mortgage Revenue Bond: A MOTION
was made by Mr. Serrato, seconded by Mr. Acosta, and carried 5:1 to adopt
Resolution 81-3, authorizing the Chairman to execute a cooperative agreement
among the County of Orange, the City of Santa Ana, the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana, and the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission, the
meeting was adjourned at 2:27 p.m.
