HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 7, 1981
The regular meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 4:20 p.m. by Chairman Bricken in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:
A.J. Wilson, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Assistant City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Alex Sanchez, Executive Director
Debbie Vona, Secretary
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the November 2, 1981 Housing
Authority Commission Meeting were approved 6:0 on
a MOTION by Mr. Griset and seconded by Mr.
Markel.
REPORTS
Monthly Status Report for October 1981 for the Section 8 Housing
Ass1stance Program - The Monthly Status Report was Rece1ved and F11ed
on a MOTION by Mr. Markel, seconded by Mr. Griset, and carried 6:0.
RECESS
The Housing Authority Commission Meeting was recessed at 4:20 p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Housing Authority Commission Meeting reconvened at 10:05 p.m. in
Executive Session. A MOTION for recovery of funds was made by Mr.
Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Markel, and approved 6:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the
Commission, the meeting was adjourned at 10:23 p.m.
