HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
JULY 6,1982
The regular meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by Chairman Bricken in the
8 City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

Rex Swanson, Assistant City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Alex Sanchez, Executive Director
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the June 7, 1982 Housing Authority
Commission Meeting were approved 7:0 on a MOTION
by Mr. Acosta, and seconded by Mr. Serrato.
REPORTS
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program for
May 1982 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and Filed on a MOTION
by Mr. Serrato, seconded by Mrs. McGuigan, and carried 7:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Moderate Rehabilitation Loan Agreement with Crocker National Bank -
The Housing Authority Commission approved the agreement for
Moderate Rehabilitation Loans with Crocker National Bank and
authorized the Chairman and Executive Director to execute the
appropriate documents on a MOTION by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by
Mr. Acosta, and carried 7:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the meeting was adjourned at 4:35 p.m.
