MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 7, 1985
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 3:43 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the December 10, 1984 Housing
Authority Commission Meeting were approved 6:0
on a MOTION by Mr. Luxembourger, and seconded by
Mr. Acosta.
REPORTS
A.
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program
for November 1984 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and
Filed on a MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger,
and carried 6:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract 162 Units-
The Commission adopted a resolution authorizing execution of
Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503, including
Project Nos. CA16-E093-013, 014 and 015, and providing for the
deposit of monies pursuant to a general depository agreement: and
authorized the Chairman to execute the revised Master Section 8
Annual Contributions Contract on a MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded
by Mr. Luxembourger, and carried 6:0.

Application to HUD for 200 Additional Certificates Under the
Section 8 Rental Assistance Program - Resolution 85-1 was adopted
on a MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and
carried 6:0.
C.
Memorandum of Understanding - Rental Rehabilitation Demonstration
Program - On a MOTION by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Johnson,
and carried 6:0, the Commission authorized the Housing Authority
Chairman to execute a Memorandum of Understanding to expand the
current Rental Rehabilitation Demonstration Program.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
