HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 20, 1985
. The Special Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 4:55 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the
City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:
Robert C. Bobb, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Phil Freeland, Executive Director
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the May 6, 1985 Housing Authority
Commission Meeting were approved 7:0 on a MOTION
by Mr. Young, and seconded by Mrs. McGuigan.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Multi-family New Construction Mortgage Revenue Bond Inducement
Resolut10n - Resolution 85-6 was adopted as amended on a MOTION by
Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Young and carried 7:0.
B.
Multi-family Housing Bond Program Development policy - The policy
was adopted on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger
and carried 7:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
