HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 17, 1985
The Special Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 10:39 p.m. by Vice Chairman Johnson
in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
. California.

The following staff were present:
Robert C. Bobb, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Phil Freeland, Executive Director

The Minutes of the June 3, 1985 Housing Authority
Commission Meeting were approved 5:0 on a MOTION
by Mr. Acosta, and seconded by Mr. Luxembourger.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Authorize the Sale & Issuance of Multi-family Housing Revenue
Bonds, 1985 Series A: Pul11am Propert1es, Inc. - On a MOTION by
Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Acosta and carr1ed 5:0, Resolution 85-9
was adopted, authorizing the issuance of multi-family housing
revenue bonds in the approximate amount of $2,800,000 for Pulliam
Properties, Inc., and authorizing the Chairman to execute the
necessary documents.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 10:41 p.m.
