HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
AUGUST 5, 1985
8 The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 3:38 p.m. by Vice Chairman Johnson in
the City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the July 15, 1985 Housing Authority
Commission Meeting were approved 6:0 on a MOTION
by Mrs. McGuigan, and seconded by Mr. Hart.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract (ACC) - 88
units - Resolution 85-11 was adopted on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan,
seconded by Mr. Young, and carried 6:0.
B.
Multi-family New Construction Mortgage Revenue Bond Inducement
Resolution - Resolution 85-12 was adopted on a MOTION by Mrs.
McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Acosta, and carried 6:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 3:44 p.m.
