MINUTES
HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 3, 1985
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the
City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:
Robert C. Bobb, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Phil Freeland, Executive Director
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the August 5, 1985 Housing Authority
Commission Meeting were approved 5:0 on a MOTION
by Mr. Acosta, and seconded by Mr. Luxembourger.
REPORTS
A.
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Pro-
gram: July 1985 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and
Filed on a MOTION by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Griset, and
carried 5:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Amendment to General Depository Agreement - The Amendment to the
General Depository Agreement was adopted and the Chairman was
authorized to execute the Amendment on a MOTION by Mr. Johnson,
seconded by Mr. Griset, and carried 5:0.
B.
Multi-family New Construction Mortgage Revenue Bond Inducement
Resolution - Resolut10n 85-13 was adopted on a MOTION by Mr.
Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Acosta, and carried '5:0.
C.
Approval of Inducement Resolutions Adopted by the Orange County
Board of Superv1sors - Resolutions 85-14, 15, and 16 were adopted
on a MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Griset, and carried
5:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 5:32 p.m.
