SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 18, 1985
2:30 P.M.
The Special Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 6:15 p.m. by Chairman Griset, in the
. City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:
Robert C. Bobb, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Phil Freeland, Executive Director
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Request for Approval of Multi-family New Construction Mortgage
Revenue Bond Inducement Resolution - Resolution 85-24 was
adopted on a MOTION by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Mr. Acosta,
and carried 7:0.

Memorandum of Understanding - Rental Rehabilitation Grant Program-
1985 - Resolution 85-25 was adopted on a MOTION by Mrs. McGuigan,
seconded by Mr, Johnson, and carried 7:0.

Memorandum of Understanding - Rental Rehabilitation Grant Program-
1984 - Resolution 85-26 was adopted on a MOTION by Mr. Luxembourger,
seconded by Mrs. McGuigan, and carried 7:0.
ADJOURNNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
