HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 2, 1985
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 6:31 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:

The Minutes of the November 18, 1985 Housing
Authority Commission Meeting were approved 6:0
on a MOTION by Mr. Young, and seconded by
Chairman Griset.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Authorize the Sale & Issuance of Multi-Family Housing Revenue
Bonds 1985 Series B, Hardage Enterprises, Inc. - Resolution 85-27
was adopted on a MOTION by Ms. McGuigan, seconded by Chairman
Griset, and carried 6:0.
B.
Authorize the Sale & Issuance of Multi-Family Housing Revenue
Bonds 1985 Series C, Harbor pointe Partnership - Resolution 85-28
was adopted on a MOTION by Chairman Griset, seconded by Mr. Johnson,
and carried 6:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 6:32 p.m.
