HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 17, 1985
2:30 P.M.
. The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 6:44 p.m. by Vice Chairman P. Lee
Johnson, in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa
Ana, California.

The following staff were present:
Robert C. Bobb, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the December 2,1985 Housing
Authority Commission Meeting was approved
4:0 on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, and seconded
by Mr. Luxembourger.

NEW BUSINESS
A.
Authorize the Sale & Issuance of Multi-Family Housing Revenue
Bonds 1985 Series D, Rampart-General, Inc. - Resolution 85-29
was adopted on a MOTION by Mr. Acosta, seconded by Mr.
Luxembourger, and carried 4:0.

ADJOURNNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
