HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 3, 1986
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority Commission of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 9:38 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:
Robert C. Bobb, City Manager.
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Phil Freeland, Executive Director
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the January 6,1986 Housing Authority
Commission Meeting was approved 7:0 on a MOTION
by Mr. Acosta, and seconded by Ms. McGuigan.
REPORTS
A.
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program:
December 1985 - The Monthly Status Report was Received and Filed
on a MOTION by Mr. Hart, seconded by Chairman Griset, and carried
7:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Housing Authority Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Redistribution -
The Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Redistribution was approved
on a MOTION by Ms. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and
carried<7:0.
B.
Request for Approval of Multi-family New Construction Mortgage
Revenue Bond - Resolution 86-1 was adopted on a MOTION by Ms.
McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Acosta, and Carried 7:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority Commission,
the Meeting was adjourned at 9:46 p.m.
