SPECIAL MEETING
FEBRUARY 18, 1986
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 5:16 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the City Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:
Robert C. Bobb, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Phil Freeland, Executive Director
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the February 3, 1986 Housing
Authority Meeting was approved 7:0 on a MOTION
by Mr. Johnson, and seconded by Ms. McGuigan.

A.
Authorization of the Housing Authority's Application for the State
of California Deferred Payment Residential Loan Program - The
Housing Authority's Application for the State of California Deferred
Payment Residential Loan Progam was approved on a MOTION by Ms.
McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and carried 7:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority the Meeting
was adjourned at 5:18 p.m.
