HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
MAY 5, 1986
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 5:05 p.m. by Chairman Griset
in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California.

The following staff were present:
Robert C. Bobb, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
David N. Ream, Executive Director
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the April 7, 1986 Housing
Authority Meeting was approved 7:0 on a
MOTION by Mr. Acosta and seconded by Ms.
McGuigan.
REPORTS
A.
Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance
Program: March 1986 - the Monthly Status Report was Received
and Filed on a MOTION by Ms. McGuigan and seconded by Mr.
Acosta, and carried 7:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract - For
Housing Voucher Program 65 Units - Resolution 86-3 was adopted
on a MOTION by Mr. Luxembourger, seconded by Ms. McGuigan,
and carried 7:0.
B.
Request for Approval of Multi-family New Construction Mortgage
Revenue Bond Inducement Resolution - Resolution 86-5 was
adopted on a MOTION by Ms. McGuigan, seconded by Chairman
Griset, and carried 7:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the
Meeting was adjourned at 5:06 p.m.
