SPECIAL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 15, 1986
The Special Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana was
called to order at 3:53 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the City Council
- . Chambers, 22 Ciyic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the September 2, 1986 Housing
Authority Meeting were approved 6:0 on a Motion by
Mr. Johnson, seconded by Ms. McGuigan, and
carried 6:0
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Request for Approyal of Multi-Family New Construction Mortgage Revenue
Bond Inducement Resolution 86-8 -- Resolution 86-8 was adopted on a
MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and carried 6:0.
B.
Request for Approval of Memorandum of Understanding for 1986 Rental
Rehabilitation Grant Program -- Resolution 86-9 was adopted on a
MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and carried 6:0.
C.
Application to HUD for 17 Additional Housing Vouchers Under the
Section 8 Rental Assistance Program -- Resolution 86-10 was adopted on
a MOTION by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Ms. McGuigan, and carried 6:0.
ADJOURNMENT
.
There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the Meeting
was adjourned at 3:56 p.m.
