ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
NOVEMBER 17,1986
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana was
called to order at 5:22 p.m. by Chairman Griset in the City Council
Chambers, 22 CiYic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
CONSENT CALENDAR
David N. Ream, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Robert H. Hoffman, Real Estate Manager
The Minutes of the October 6, 1986 Housing
Authority Meeting were approved 6:0 on a Motion by
Ms. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Griset, and
carried 6:0.
MonthlY Status Report for the section 8 Housinq Assistance
Proqram: SEPTEMBER 1986. The Monthly Status Report was received
and filed on a Motion by Ms. McGuigan, seconded by Mr. Griset and
carried 6:0.

NEW BUSINESS
Amendment No.1 to Mod-Rehab Annual contributions contract--
Resolution 86-11 was adopted on a Motion by Ms. McGuigan,
seconded by Mr. Luxembourger, and carried 6:0
A.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the Meeting
was adjourned at 5:24 p.m. to November 25, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers at 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA.
