HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 15, 1986
The Special Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was
called to order at 6:47 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City Council
. Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:
David N. Ream, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the December 1, 1986 Housing
Authority Meeting were approyed 7:0 on a Motion by
Authority Member Acosta, seconded by Authority
Member McGuigan, and carried 7:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Authorize the Sale and Issuance of Multi-FamilY Housinq Revenue
Bonds 1986 Series A. The Vintaqe Apartments -- Resolution 86-12
was adopted on a Motion by Authority Member Griset, seconded by
Authority Member Acosta and carried 7:0
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the Meeting
was adjourned at 6:48 p.m.
