HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 5,1987
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was
called to order at 4:16 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City Council
Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present:
David N. Ream, City Manager
Rex Swanson, Deputy City Manager
Edward J. Cooper, Authority Counsel
Cynthia J. Nelson, Acting Exec. Dir.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the December 15, 1986 Housing
Authority Meeting were approved 5:0 on a Motion by
Authority Member Acosta, seconded by Authority
Member Pulido, and carried 5:0.
CONSENT CALENDAR
A.
MonthlY Status Report for the Section 8 Housinq Assistance
Proqram: NOVEMBER 1986. The Monthly Status Report was received
and filed on a Motion by Authority Member Acosta, seconded by
Authority Member May and carried 5:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Revised Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract -- For
Housinq Voucher Proqram 42 units -- Resolution 87-1 was adopted
on a Motion by Authority Member Acosta, seconded by Authority
Member Pulido and carried 5:0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the Meeting
was adjourned at 4:18 p.m.
