ADJOURNED MEETING
SEPTEMBER 21, 1987
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 4:42 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City Council
~ Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

The following staff were present: David N. Ream, City Manager

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The Minutes of the September 8, 1987 Housing
Authority Meeting were approved on a Motion by
Authority Member Acosta, seconded by Authority
Member McGuigan, and carried 7:0.
NEW BUSINESS
A.
Authorize the Sale & Issuance of Multi-Familv Housinq Revenue
Bonds 1987 Series A. The Heninqer Villaqe Apartments --
Resolution 87-4 was adopted on a Motion by Authority Member
McGuigan, seconded by Authority Member Acosta and carried 7:0.
MISCELLANEOUS
A.
Secretarv of the Authoritv Report: The Secretary of the
Housing Authority was instructed to insert the following into
the minutes on a Motion by Authority Member Pulido, seconded
by Authority Member Acosta and carried 7:0: Pursuant to
Government Code Section 54954.2 the September 21, 1987 Housing
Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 8:30 a.m. on September 18,
1987.
ADJOURNMENT
. There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the
. Meeting was adjourned at 4:43 p.m. to a meeting to be held October 19,
1987 at 2:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 22 civic Center
Plaza
