The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana
was called to order at 5:39 p.m. by Chairman Young in the city Council
Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.

Authority was instructed to insert the following into the minutes:
Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.2 the June 6, 1988
Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 a.m. on June 3, 1988.

RESOLUTIONS
RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM (FY88-89) MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING
MOTION:
Adopt resolution.
RESOLUTION 88-2: A Resolution of the Housing Authority of the
City of Santa Ana authorizing execution of the Memorandum of
Understanding regarding the Rental Rehabilitation Program.
Resolution 88-2 was adopted.

The Housing Authority adjourned at 5:41 p.m. to a meeting to be held
