civic center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were
Dmiel Griset, Rein May, Rick Norton, Patricia Ma3Uigan, and Miguel Pulido.
Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Q::q)er,
and Clerk of the co.mcil Janice c. Guy.
