AUGUST 19, 1991
The Special Meeting of the Housin] Authority of the city of Santa Ana was
called to order at 7:12 p.m. by Chairman Young in the City Council Chambers, 22
civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were John
Acosta, Dan Griset, Patricia McQÛgan, Rick Norton, Miguel Pulido, am Robert
L. Richardson. Also present were city Manager D:ivid N. Ream, city Attorney
Fdward J. Cooper, am Clerk of the Council Janice c. Guy.
