called to order at 7:03 p.m. by ctJairman Young in the City Council C1Jambers, 22
civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were John
Acosta, Dan Griset, Patricia McQÛgan, Rick Norton, Miguel Pulido, am Robert
L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney
Fdward J. Cooper, am Clerk of the Council Janice c. Guy.
