OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
JULY 20, 1992
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa
Ana was called to order at 6:28 p.m. by Chairman Young in the
City council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California. Authority Members present were John Acosta, Dan
Griset, Patricia McGuigan, Rick Norton, Miguel Pulido, and Robert
L. Richardson. Also present were city Manager David N. Ream,
city Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice
C. Guy.

door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza,
at 3:30 p.m. on July 17, 1992.

section 8 Housing Certificate Program - project

Adopt a resolution approving Superseding Part I of
the section 8 Existing Housing certificate Program
Consolidated Annual contributions Contract number
SF-503(E) and authorize the Chairman and the
Executive Director of the Housing Authority to
execute all required documents on behalf of the
Authority.
