SEPTEMBER 8, 1992
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa
Ana was called to order at 6:39 p.m. by Chairman Young in the
City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
california. Authority Members present were John Acosta, Dan
Griset, Miguel Pulido, and Robert L. Richardson. Also present
were City Manager David N. Ream, city Attorney Edward J. Cooper,
and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

September 8, 1992 Housing Authority Agenda was posted
on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center
Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on September 4, 1992.

Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program

503(E) and authorize the Chairman and the Executive
Director of the Housing Authority to execute all
required documents on behalf of the Authority.
