CITY OF SANTA ANA
JANUARY 7, 1993
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana was called to order at 6:49 p.m. by Chairman Young in the city
Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno,
Miguel Pulido, and Robert L. Richardson. Authority Member Norton
was absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, city
Attorney Edward J. cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

January 4, 1993 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on
the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center
Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on December 30, 1992.

Revised Master Section 8 Consolidated Annual
Contributions Contract for Housing certificate Program.
MOTION:
Adopt a resolution approving superseding part I of the
section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program
Consolidated Annual contributions Contract Number SF-
503(E) adding project numbers CA16-E093-025/026 and
authorizing the Chairman and the Executive Director of
the Housing Authority to execute all required documents
on behalf of the Authority.

Amendment to Administrative Plan to Incorporate Family
Unification Program.
MOTION:
1) Adopt a resolution approving the amendments to the
section 8 Rental Assistance Administrative Plan to
include the Family Unification Demonstration Program.
2) Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize
the Executive Director to execute a Memorandum of
Understanding with the County of Orange Social Services
Agency to implement the Family Unification
Demonstration Program.
