HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
JANUARY 3, 1994
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana was called to order at 7:25 p.m. by Chairman Young in the city
Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Lisa Mills, Patricia
McGuigan, Ted R Moreno, Miguel Pulido, and Robert L. Richardson.
Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward
J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

MOTION: Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes:

Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.2 the January
3, 1994 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30
p.m. on December 30, 1993.

NEW BUSINESS
4.A
Memorandum of Understanding for Interjurisdictional
Administration of section 8 Programs.
MOTrON:
1) Adopt a resolution to approve the Memorandum of
Understanding between the Housing Authority of the city
of Santa Ana, the Housing Authority of the City of
Anaheim, the Housing Authority of the City of Garden
Grove and the Housing Authority of the County of Orange
for the purpose of implementing procedures and guidelines
relating to interjurisdictional administration of Section
8 Rental Certificate and Voucher Programs.
2) Direct the City Attorney to prepare, and authorize
the Executive Director to execute, a Memorandum of
Understanding with the Housing Authority of Anaheim, the
Housing Authority of Garden Grove, and the Housing
Authority of the county of Orange for the purpose of
establishing procedures and guidelines relating to
interjurisdictional administration of the Section 8
Rental Certificate and Voucher Programs.
