APRIL 18, 1994
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City
of Santa Ana was called to order at 8:58 p.m. by Chairman Young in
the City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California. Authori ty Members present were Tom Lutz, Patricia
McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, Miguel Pulido, and Robert L.
Richardson. Also present were city Manager David N. Ream, City
Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.
MOTION: Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent
Calendar items:

MOTION: Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes:

Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.2 the April 18,
1994 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door of
the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m.
on April 15, 1994.

New Consolidated and Extended Annual contributions
Contract for the section 8 Housing Voucher Program.
MOTrON:
Adopt a resolution approving Amended Exhibits I and II to
Part I of the section 8 Housing Voucher Program Annual
contributions Contract Number SF-503 (V) and authorize the
Chairman and the Executive Director of the Housing
Authority to execute all required documents on behalf of
the Authority.

Application to HUD for section 8 Rental Vouchers Set-
Aside for Homeless Persons with Disabilities.

Adopt a resolution approving the submission of an
application to the united states Department of Housing
and Urban Development for section 8 Rental Vouchers Set-
Aside for homeless persons with disabilities.
