Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, Miguel Pulido, and Robert L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. Housing Authority Minutes May 16, 1994 Page 2 NEW BusrNESS 4.A Amendment No.3 to Part I of the Annual contributions Contract No. SF-503 (K) section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program MOTrON: Adopt a resolution authorizing execution of Amendment No. 3 to Part I of the Annual contributions Contract No. SF- 503 (K) section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute all required documents on behalf of the Authority. MOTION: McGuigan Richardson SECOND: VOTE: 7:0 4.B Home Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program MOTrON: Direct the Authority Attorney to prepare and authorize the Executive Director to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the Housing Authority to administer the HOME-funded Tenant-Based Assistance Program MOTION: McGuigan Richardson SECOND: VOTE: 7:0 4.C Housing Quality Standards and section 8 Training and Testing Program MOTrON: Authorize the expenditure in an amount not to exceed $7,500 from the Housing Authority's operating reserves to provide training and certification for all Housing Authority staff.
