MAY 16, 1994
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City
of Santa Ana was called to order at 9:10 p.m. by Chairman Young in
the City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California. Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Patricia
McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, Miguel Pulido, and Robert L.
Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City
Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

MOTION: Instruct the secretary to enter into the minutes:

Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.2 the May 16,
1994 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door of
the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m.
on May 13, 1994.

Contract No. SF-503 (K) section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation
Program
MOTrON:
Adopt a resolution authorizing execution of Amendment No.
3 to Part I of the Annual contributions Contract No. SF-
503 (K) section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program and
authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director of the
Housing Authority to execute all required documents on
behalf of the Authority.

Home Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program
MOTrON:
Direct the Authority Attorney to prepare and authorize
the Executive Director to execute a Memorandum of
Understanding between the City and the Housing Authority
to administer the HOME-funded Tenant-Based Assistance
Program

Housing Quality Standards and section 8 Training and
Testing Program

Authorize the expenditure in an amount not to exceed
$7,500 from the Housing Authority's operating reserves to
provide training and certification for all Housing
