HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
SPETEMBER 6, 1994
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 7:15 p.m. by Chairman Young in the
city Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tom Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Ted R.
Moreno, Miguel Pulido, and Robert L. Richardson. Authority Member
Mills was absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, city
Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.
