HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
DECEMBER 5, 1994
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the city of Santa
Ana was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City
Council Chambers 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, Patricia
McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Also
present were City Manager David N. Ream, city Attorney Edward J.
Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes:
Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.2 the December
5, 1994 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30
p.m. on December 2, 1994.

Consolidated Annual contributions Contract for Existing
Housing certificate Program -- Project CA16-E093-031
MOTrON:
Adopt a resolution approving superseding Part I of the
section 8 Existing Housing certificate Program
Consolidated Annual contributions Contract number SF-503
(E), and authorize the Chairman and the Executive
Director of the Housing Authority to execute all required
documents on behalf of the Authority.

Voucher Program -- project CA16-V093-024
MOTrON:
Adopt a resolution approving Superseding Part I of the
section 8 Housing Voucher Program Consolidated Annual
Contributions Contract number SF-503 (V), and authorize
the Chairman and the Executive Director of the Housing
Authority to execute all required documents on behalf of
the Authority.
