HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
JANUARY 3, 1995
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City
Council Chambers 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, Patricia
McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Also
present were city Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J.
Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.2 the January
3, 1995 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30
p.m. on December 30, 1994.
