REGULAR MEETING
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
FEBRUARY 6, 1995
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana was called to order at 7:14 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the city
Council Chambers 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, Patricia
McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Also
present were city Manager David N. Ream, city Attorney Edward J.
Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.
MOTION: Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent
Calendar items:
MOTION: McGuigan SECOND: Richardson
VOTE: 7:0

MOTION: Approve Minutes.

2.A Receive and File
Monthly Status Report for the section 8 Housing
Assistance Program: December. 1994.
SECRETARY OF THE AUTHORITY REPORT
MOTION:
Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes:

Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.2 the February
6, 1995 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door
of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at 3:30
p.m. on February 3, 1995.

There being no further business before the Housing Authority, the
meeting was adjourned at 7:14 p.m.
