MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
JUNE 5, 1995
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was
called to order at 8:55 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers
22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were
Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and
Robert L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, city
Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent Calendar
items:

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2 the June 5, 1995
Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on June 2, 1995.

Consolidated Annual Contributions contract for Housing Certificate
Family Unification Program - Project CA16-E093-033.
MOTION:
Adopt a resolution approving Superseding Part I of the Section 8
Existing Housing Certificate Program Annual Contributions Contract
No. SF-503(E), and authorize the Chairman of the Housing Authority
to execute all required documents on behalf of the Authority.
