MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
SEPTEMBER 5, 1995
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was
called to order at 6:41 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City council Chambers
22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were
Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, and Ted R Moreno.
Councilmember Robert L. Richardson was absent. Also present were City Manager
David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice
C. Guy.

Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes:

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2 the September 5, 1995
Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on September 1,
1995.

Revised Section 8 Rental Assistance Program Equipment and Rental
Payments.
MOTION:
Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $200,000 in
operating reserve revenue and allocating same to the Housing
Authority administration account for rental payments and the
acquisition of computer workstations, portable pen terminals, a
copier, and software.
