MINUTES REGULAR MEETING HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FEBRUARY 5, 1995 The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was called to order at 8:13 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy, MOTION: Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent Calendar items: MOTION: McGuigan Richardson SECOND: VOTE: 7:0 MIIlUTBS: MOTION: Approve Minutes. 1.A Regular Meeting January 2, 1996. REPORTS: 2.A Receive and File Monthly Status Report for the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program: December. 1995. SECRETARY OF TIIB AUTHORITY REPORT MOO:!IOII: Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes: 3.A Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2 the February 5, 1996 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on February 2, 1996. ********************END OF CONSENT CALENDAR********************* NEW BUSIIlESS 4.A Amended Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503(K) Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program. MOTION: Adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of Amended Part I of the Annual contributions Contract No. SF-503(K) Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program and authorize the Chairman and the Executive Director of the Housing Authorizing to execute all required documents on behalf of the Authority. Adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of multifamily housing revenue refunding bonds in an amount not to exceed $8,400,000 for Vintage Apartments, a California General partnership, and authorize the Chair, Vice Chair, and/or Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute all documents as necessary.
