SPECIAL MEETING
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
MARCH 18, 1996
The Special Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was
called to order at 7:13 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers
22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were
Tony Espinoza, Tom Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and
Robert L. Richardson. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City
Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.
