HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
MAY 6, 1996
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was called to
order at 8:59 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers 22 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Tom
Lutz, patricia McGuigan, Lisa Mills, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Also
present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk
of the Council Janice C. Guy.

Section 8 Rental Assistance Program Purchase of Copy Machine
Award a contract to Eastman Kodak under a Cooperative Contract with the
County of Los Angeles for the purchase of a copier, a maintenance
agreement, and supplies for an amount not to exceed $22,000.
