ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA
NOVEMBER 18, 1996
The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana was called to
order at 8:40 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the City Council Chambers 22 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Tom
Lutz, Patricia McGuigan, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Authority Member
Lisa Mills was absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney
Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

Approve staff recommendations on the following Consent Calendar items:

Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes:

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2 the November 18, 1996
Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the door of the Council Chambers,
22 Civic Center Plaza, at 3:30 p.m. on November 13, 1996.

Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds - City Gardens
MOTION:
Adopt a resolution relating to the issuance of multifamily housing
revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $ll,lOO,OOð for City Gardens -
Bristol Associates I, a California Limited Partnership, and authorize
the Chair, Vice Chair, and/or Executive Director of the Housing
Authority to execute all documents as necessary.
