The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 8:01 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the
City Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were, Tony Espinoza, Brett Franklin, Tom
Lutz, and Patricia McGuigan. Authority Members Moreno and Richardson
were absent. Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, City
Attorney Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.

January 5, 1998 Housing Authority Agenda was posted on the
door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at
3:30 p.m. on December 31, 1997.
