AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA

APRIL 6, 1998
The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 9:31 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Brett Franklin,
patricia McGuigan, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Authority
Member Lutz was absent. Also present were City Manager David N.
Ream, City Attorney Joseph W. Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council
Janice C. Guy.

Instruct the Secretary to enter into the minutes:
Pursuant to Government Code section 54944.2 the
April 6, 1998 Housing Authority Agenda was Hosted on the
door of the Council Chambers, 22 civic Center Plaza, at
3:30 p.m. on April 2, 1998.

Contract Award - Purchase of Computer Software and
training for Housing Authority
MOTION:
1.
Authorize the Executive Director to enter into an agreement with
Application Oriented Designs for an amount not to exceed $18,000
for the purchase of Affordable Housing Compliance software and
training.
2.
Authorize the Executive Director to enter into a maintenance
agreement for software purchased from Application Oriented
Designs in an amount not to exceed $1,250 a year.
