The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana was called to order at 9:23 p.m. by Chairman Pulido in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
Authority Members present were Tony Espinoza, Brett Franklin, Tom
Lutz, patricia McGuigan, Ted R Moreno, and Robert L. Richardson. Also
present were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Joseph W.
Fletcher, and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.
